the system is down again, error report number 500, internal server error. You need to locate your system administrator and tell him or her to get on the ball. You want us to monetize our wikis but no one will come to them if the system is always down.

Please help me fix my wiki. I have emailed customer support but have not recieved an answer back. The panels in my wiki dont work right. In the preferences section where you can add or delete panels, none of the panels in the available panels column are available, nothing happens when you click on them. the arrows on my right panel on a regular panel often dont work. When you hit reload on the browser the page displays incorrectly. please help

When I send a note to support I just get back a boilerplate note and never get feedback or have a chance to discuss problems. I don't even know if someone has read and understood the request.

Many times it takes a long time for my welcome page to load when I click on it. I have timed it and it has taken from 10 seconds to a minute or more for the system to send me my welocme page.

You are of course right and we are really sorry for that. Automatic reboot should have worked, but it was not the case apparently. To be totally transparent, we have a new version of Netcipia, built upon the new XWiki 2.0 platform, but we have a problem of data migration for existing place which prevent us still to release this new version currently. We are working on it, and I think we'll take the decision very shortly to have new places created with the new version (and new servers) meanwhile old places will stay in old environment. Let us know what do you think about it.
