Reply to support requests and provide a path for dialog
When I send a note to support I just get back a boilerplate note and never get feedback or have a chance to discuss problems. I don't even know if someone has read and understood the request.

system is down again - install new platform quickly
the system is down again, error report number 500, internal server error. You need to locate your system administrator and tell him or her to get on the ball. You want us to monetize our wikis but no one will come to them if the system is always down.

increase sytem responsiveness
Many times it takes a long time for my welcome page to load when I click on it. I have timed it and it has taken from 10 seconds to a minute or more for the system to send me my welocme page.

increase system uptime again
The system is down for a second day in a row again. the system was down on 2/27 and 2/28. This is the second time in as many months that the system has been down for an extended amount of time. I will leave a message here everytime the system goes down.
Status: startedWe are working on a new version of Netcipia, integrating XWiki platform V2.0, which should be more stable than previous version we were using. It will be released in the next weeks, we are beta testing it.

Increase System UPtime
The system went down over the weekend about four weeks ago and now the system is down again 2/28/10. This in not acceptable.

allow multiple attachments to be deleted simultaneously
Be able to check the attachments to be deleted and then press a "Delete Checked."

allow images to be shown enlarged when someone clicks on the image
When someone clicks on an image on a page there should be a way that the image is shown enlarged. There should also be away to add information about the photo such as the contributer and caption information.

Add a feature to delete pages easily
A button to delete a page
Status: plannedThe link is available in the toolbox panel. What we plan to do is to have a global button with "more actions" available near "edit" button. A set of useful actions will be like this more accessible.

Right to Left writting direction
Hi!
I'm suggesting to enable Right to Left writting direction option, as there's no way to format or deal wit the texts in Arabic or Hebrew or other text using RTL writting direction. -
